Great free Wi-Fi and a tv. A bit far from attractions, though.

The king room was amazing with three beds and an extra sofa. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer, and fresh towels was a bonus.

The room was beautifully decorated, had lovely views, and offered three beds plus an extra sofa, making our stay just perfect overall.

This charming bed and breakfast is conveniently located just a short stroll away from a beautiful park. The cosy rooms are tastefully decorated and offer comfortable beds, plush carpets, and thoughtful amenities like tea and coffee making facilities. The friendly hosts provide excellent service, catering to guests' every need. The delicious breakfast, with a variety of options to choose from, is a great way to start the day. it's a delightful place to stay, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, with plush carpets, tea and coffee making facilities, and glass bottles of water. The property is located on a nice open main road, with a lot of older Victorian villas. The breakfast was top quality and delicious, with good coffee and good quality bacon. The location was also convenient, with the center of the city just a 15-minute walk away.

There were a couple of issues that affected our stay. there was a faulty toilet seat that was not fixed during our entire stay, which was quite frustrating.

The room at Reiver House Bed & Breakfast was cozy and welcoming, with a lovely double bed and a flat-screen TV. I really enjoyed having a tea/coffee maker right in the room, making it easy to start my mornings with a warm drink. The fully equipped private bathroom with a shower was a convenient feature too. As a casual tourist, I felt right at home in this comfortable and well-equipped room.

The only thing I didn't fancy as much was the electric kettle. It's just a personal preference, as some might appreciate having it.

The location is fantastic, very close to Grant Park, and convenient for exploring the area.

The location was quiet and perfect, conveniently close to Forres. The breakfast was large and satisfying.

The double room at Reiver House Bed & Breakfast was absolutely cozy and inviting! I loved the homey feeling it gave me with the tea/coffee maker and electric kettle. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the shower in the fully equipped private bathroom. But hey, that's just me!

Convenient location near Grant Park, so we could easily walk off our big breakfast. 🏞️ The peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing stay.
